Showerking Portable Hot Horse Shower Complete shower system offering instant hot water in any outdoor environment. Just add gas tank, 2 D batteries and hosed water supply. No yard should be without one!
Can also be used in your lorry/trailer or anywhere without running water with connection to tanked water supply. (For this a pump is required, please contact us for advice)
Horses (and dogs) much prefer a warm shower to a cold one - wouldn't you?? Post-exercise, a warm/tepid shower is much better for hot muscles than a cold one which can cause spasms. Hot water shifts dirt and grease more efficiently than cold, so excellent for tail washing. This product negates the need for endless kettle boiling and bucket filling.
Other uses as well as animal washing: feedbucket washing, hosing out lorries/trailers, hosing down rugs, making hot feeds, even cleaning your boots! Save your kettle-boiling for that well earned cup of tea.
Products:
Showerking L5 Portable Hot Horse Shower (inc FREE spray gun kit when you use the email below)
Showerking L10 Hot Horse Shower L10for the multi-user to power more than one hose. Intended for more permanent siting than L5.
Showerking L5 and L10 both with warranty and UK CE safety certificate.

Mervyn York - My Grandad!!
I have always received amazing support from all of my family however I think my grandad deserves a special mention. Pictured is him while serving in the British Army on his trusty steed “Duka” (1947). This clearly shows where mine and my mum’s love of horses came from!! After many years of riding “naughty” ponies that I begged, borrowed and stole the ride on my granddad offered to buy me my first horse.... Bob!! On top of that he gave my mum the money to purchase a trailer so we could get to out to shows. This is without a doubt a massive stepping stone to where I am today! When finally took the plunge to make horses my profession I realised that I was going to need a bigger lorry and yet again granddad was there to help! Unfortunately over recent years he has suffered several mini strokes and has now been diagnosed with vascular dementia. Despite this comes to as many shows with us as possible and although rather bias (apologies to anyone who has encountered this) it’s obvious his support hasn’t wavered when he offered to help me with my latest “British Dressage” registration. I love him being with me at events and whole heartedly thank him for everything he has done for me over the years!! |
I qualified as a McTimoney Practitioner in 2008 from the McTimoney College,
Abingdon. This was fuelled by a lifelong involvement with animals and fascination with how they work and improving health and performance. I had always been told that horses were just an expensive hobby and not a career so pursued a sports interest until I discovered I could study horses and attained a BSc(Hons) in Equine ...Science in 2004. While looking for work after this two of my good friends rang me about a job advertised in Horse and Hound magazine, this soon resulted in a move to Buckinghamshire to manage a hydrotherapy spa within a big equestrian establishment in Amersham. A more hands on approach appealed to me so began to look into the vast range of available therapies and was eligible to study the 3 year MSc in Animal Manipulation with the McTimoney College in Abingdon. Once qualified I set up business as a self employed therapist and in November 2010 teamed up with Ken Skinner (MRCVS) to create a practice base for clients in and around Norfolk, Suffolk and Cambridge providing treatment for both horses and dogs of all disciplines whether it be to resolve an issue or as a maintenance check. Either a veterinary referral or veterinary permission is a legal requirement for any therapist before treating your animal.
